A Plus ID reserves the right to make changes to this site and to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
About APID Pricing
Several of our manufacturers impose Minimum Advertised Pricing Polices (MAP) for their products, which does not allow us to advertise our best price with discounts off of the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price. In an attempt to facilitate the MAP requirement, there are a number of choices to select from to receive our preferred pricing. These are: submission of an APID Price request form, set-up of an account in our shopping cart, submission of the contact us or custom solution form, live chat or a phone call to one of our account executives. Your privacy is protected – we do NOT resell or share your information. To ensure you are viewing our best pricing, please select from one of our contact alternatives. There is no cost or obligation.
Service and Support
All requests for technical assistance, service and support should be made directly to A Plus ID. A Plus ID supports all clients and all products in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified. The A Plus ID Guaranty follows that all products will work according to manufacturers specifications and guarantees compatibility of all components purchased from A Plus ID. If required or requested, A Plus ID provides on-site service, installation, training and consultation. A Plus ID maintains an on-site technical support department to provide direct service, support and repairs to our clients.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. A Plus ID reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. A Plus ID reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Free Shipping Policy
Free Shipping applies to single orders over $100, exclusive of any sales tax, shipped in the contiguous United States with UPS Ground Service. Shipping charges cannot be credited toward other shipping methods or carriers. A Plus ID reserves the right to limit or change this offer at any time.
Return Policy
All Sales are final. A Plus ID in its??? sole discretion, will approve a request for a return authorization (RMA). Returns without an authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. A Plus ID cannot accept returns on Opened Software, Opened Ribbons, Open Accessories, Printers, ID Systems and Custom Orders. All other orders are subject to a 25% restocking/processing fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to A Plus ID on returned items. All products returned MUST be 100% complete, contain All original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. A Plus ID offers a 30 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For your protection, A Plus ID recommends you fully insure your return shipment in the case it is lost or damaged, and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. To prevent any dissatisfaction or returns A Plus ID provides expert sales and technical support to present you with the appropriate solution. Please contact us for any questions you may have.
Trademarks
All corporate names, service marks, logos, trade names, trademarks, websites and domain names of A Plus ID are and shall remain the exclusive property of A Plus ID and nothing in this agreement shall grant you the license to use such items. Copyright All Services and/or Materials found in the Website are protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property laws. Any commercial use of the Services and/or Materials found on the Website is strictly prohibited, without the express, prior, written consent of A Plus ID. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Services and/or Materials not in accordance with the terms set forth herein is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
Use of Software
The Software that is made available to download from this Site is the copyrighted work of A Plus ID and/or its suppliers and partners. Use of such Software is governed by these Terms of Use and the terms set forth in the applicable end user license agreement that comes with the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software available on the Website or in the Software.
Website Visitor Conduct
Customer agrees not to use the Materials and Services in any manner or for any purpose which constitutes a violation of the laws of the United States or the laws of any foreign jurisdiction in which the Materials and Services are being provided.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
Except as expressly stated herein, A Plus ID makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the A Plus ID site. Except as expressly stated herein, A Plus ID expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that a products’ malfunction leads to damage or injuries to the product, to the Buyer’s business, the end-user’s business, to other equipment, or residence, or to employees or to other persons, A Plus ID shall not be liable for such damages or injuries. Buyer understands and agrees that if A Plus ID shall be found liable for loss or damage due from failure of A Plus ID to perform any of A Plus ID’s obligations hereunder or the failure of the product in any respect whatsoever, the sole and exclusive maximum liability to A Plus ID arising from any product sold shall be limited to the price of the product ordered and this liability shall be exclusive, and that the provisions or this section shall apply if loss or damage, irrespective of cause or origin, results directly or indirectly to person or property, from performance or non-performance of A Plus ID obligation, breach of express or implied warranty, or from negligence, active or otherwise, A Plus ID, its agents, servants assignees or employees. In no event shall A Plus ID, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Reference to particular products or services does not imply that A Plus ID intends to make such products or services available in such countries. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, A Plus ID shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price. A Plus ID shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, A Plus ID shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that A Plus ID is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.
Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to every transaction made with A Plus ID.
Price: Price does not include sales, excise, use, value added tax (vat) and other taxes, levies or fees now in effect or hereafter levied by reason of this transaction. Customer shall pay all such taxes, levies and fees. A Plus ID shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California (each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state). The Products are being sold hereunder F.O.B., place of shipment.
Payment Terms: Invoices not paid within the specified Payment Terms period will incur a 1.5% fee per month. The Customer shall incur a $50 fee for each check returned due to insufficient funds. The Customer shall pay for all collection costs, including attorney fees and penalties as a result of not adhering to the payment terms. All payments shall be made in United States dollars.
Returns: The terms for product return are limited to those set forth in A Plus IDentification Return Policy and Procedures.
Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless A Plus ID, its officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, licensors, suppliers, business partners and any third party information providers to the Site, Products or Services from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your use of any Services or Materials, or any violation of this Agreement by you. Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless A Plus ID, its employees and agents for and against all claims, lawsuits and losses from any third party using the Products and/or Software under this Agreement. The provisions of this paragraph are for the benefit of A Plus ID and its officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, licensors, suppliers, business partners and any third party information providers to the Site, Products or Services. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
Termination: A Plus ID in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Products or Services, for any reason, or no reason at all. A Plus ID may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Materials, Services, or any parts thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Products or Services may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that A Plus ID may immediately deactivate or delete your account and/or bar any further access to the Products or Services. Further, you agree that A Plus ID shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Products or Services.
Dispute Resolution: These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that in any legal action or proceeding between you and A Plus ID for any purpose concerning this Agreement, you agree to submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction the state and federal courts of Los Angeles County California and you expressly waive all defenses to jurisdiction. You agree that any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site, Products or Services is waived unless such action or claim is commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
Waiver: A Plus ID???s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions. A Plus ID may assign its rights and duties under these Terms and Conditions to any party at any time without notice to you.
Account Number and Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account number and/or password. You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you, employees and agents for and against all claims, lawsuits and losses from any third party using the product provided under this agreement. Any defense provided hereunder shall be by counsel of A Plus ID’s choice.
Severability: If any section, term, condition or portion thereof shall be found to be illegal or void as being against public policy, it shall be stricken and the remainder of this document shall stand as the original.
Jurisdiction and Venue: You agree that any legal action brought against A Plus IDentification shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You further agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the A Plus ID website, and with A Plus ID shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Los Angeles County, California.
Online Privacy Practices Privacy and Data Security
A Plus ID maintains control over your personal data on the Internet. You are protected by SSL (Secured Socket Layer) special protocol that allows your web browser to establish an encrypted channel to our web server. By doing this, even if someone were to intercept the communications between your web browser and our server, they still wouldn’t be able to get at the information being sent and received. This means that you can safely enter your credit card, name, address and other information and once it leaves your machine, it will not be read by anything other than our server. A Plus ID does not resell or share customer information. Any information provided by our customers is used exclusively by A Plus ID to provide service and support to our customers.
Credit Card Policy Credit Card Acceptance
A Plus ID accepts Visa and Mastercard at this time only as forms of payment. Each credit card company has established policies and procedures that we as a Merchant (A Plus ID) must adhere to. There are responsibilities that you as the “buyer” must adhere which could include proof that you are the “in fact card holder” by means of reasonable identification (business or other listed telephone number with credit card company database that we can verify). Please contact VISA @ 1-(800) 228-1122 or MasterCard @ 1-(800) 826-2181 if you feel like any of our “verification” policies are not in line with their organizational policies. We work hard to prevent fraud and if you have received an email from us implying that you have placed an order with A Plus ID and you in fact have not, please inform us immediately. Please be aware that we make all attempts to verify you as the “real card member” prior to processing the charge.
Credit Card Processing
For orders with a total amount greater than $1,500, we will only process your credit card upon verification with your bank or issuing Credit Card Company; you may also receive an email from our Credit Card Merchant Processor noting any charge activity or credits to your account.
Credit Card Authorization Form
For all orders that total over $1,500, we require that you complete a credit card charge authorization form which must be faxed back to us before processing.
Bill to Address Policy
Our Merchant system is secure and requires that we verify with the issuing bank the “registered billing address” prior to approval or shipment of your order. This is according to documentation determined by the credit card Company that requires us to ship to the verifiable billing address only.
Fraud
We thank you for your business and hope that you understand that in today’s times with the level of Internet credit card fraud approaching billions of dollars in losses, we must adhere to the policies of the issuing credit card company. These at time can require further documentation than that of just an online transaction (copy of credit card, ID or both).
Credit Policy
A Plus ID extends credit terms to businesses and organizations under the terms Due Upon Receipt and Net 30 days. Pre-Approved Customers Customers pre-approved for credit terms are the following: ??? Companies listed in the Fortune 500 ??? Government organizations (city, county/parish, state, or federal) ??? Schools (school districts, two and four-year institutions)
Customers fitting this category do not need to submit a credit application – simply order online and FAX a copy of your purchase order to us at 1 (909)445-1217. A Plus ID accepts most all of our orders from customers in this category. We reserve the right, however, to request further documentation depending on the size of your order. Customers in this category are also still subject to our credit review and approval processes.
Standard Credit Approval: Businesses not listed in the above categories must begin a standard credit approval process. A pending order of $1000 or more is required to begin this process. This is only an initial order requirement. Simply fill out our credit application form and we will notify you of our decision, usually within 24 hours. You may also fax your purchase order along with a generic credit application, included with the required information, to 1 (909) 445-1217. A Plus ID is unable to offer terms to companies and organizations without a pending order of $1000 or more. Additionally, credit approval for companies outside of the United States will take longer to process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

You will receive an e-mail (with a tracking number, if available) when your order ships.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, contact A Plus ID between 8am and 5pm Pacific, Monday through Friday. Please note that for custom orders, canceling may not always be possible if work has been performed. Also, depending on the time, your stock order may not be able to be cancelled if it has already been processed and packaged.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped within California. The tax rate is 8.25%. Orders shipping anywhere other than California will not be charged sales tax.
