Retractable Photo Backdrops are custom made to order and cannot be returned except for factory defects or are damaged in shipping.  If the item needs to be returned, please contact us at sales@aplusid.com with details of the damage or defective product.  We will be happy to replace the item as soon as possible, we will provide you with a RA# (Return Authorization) and shipping instructions to return the damaged product.
