ID card systems benefit church daycare and after-school programs
Whether both parents or working or just need to run errands for a few hours, churches are often a resource to turn to when it comes to putting children in daycare. Churches not only provide day care during normal church services, but often throughout the week as well. Employing a Church ID System helps ensure parents and daycare administrators that children and employees stay safe and accounted for.
A Church ID system is ideal when it comes to checking kids in and out of daycare, helping keep track of where they are at all times. Upon registering for daycare, parents can be assigned individualized ID cards for their child. When checking a child in for daycare at the beginning of the day or session, parents swipe the card to indicate they’ve dropped off their child. When they come back they will again swipe their cards to check the child out. This system helps daycare administrators keep track of where the child is and also to verify that they have been picked up by the right person.
Beyond daycares, churches also run after school programs for all ages. An ID program can help distinguish between age groups to help the adults in charge keep track of where all the students are supposed to be. Color coded cards, coordinated lanyards, and other visual signals all work together to identify who belongs in each group.
